d0n0ld tRump Is The Verba Non Acta Predisent

"Acta Non Verba" might be White Supremacist Code For "We Know Trump Lies And Like That About Him". The bl0gger Minus FJ says it very frequently. In regards to d0n0ld tRump. Apparently he thinks d0n0ld lives lies by this credo.

In regards to gun control, d0tard (in his media press conference following the two shootings in El Passo and Toledo) said "we vow to act with urgent resolve". This vow is bullshit. There have been numerous mass killings in the past and republicans never act with "urgent resolve". tRump's vow is completely meaningless.

This is something Minus knows. Explaining why he wrote "Acta non Verba, baby!" in reaction to a comment of mine in which I wrote that tRump saying "we must reject White Supremacy" was disingenuous. Minus knows tRump lies and that he will NOT reject White Supremacy. Just like he isn't going to do sh!t in regards to gun control.

Not only are these lies cool with Minus, they (the lies) are one of the BIG reasons Minus loves tRump so much. Dotard says what he must and, if fools believe him, that's great. And it doesn't matter if many people don't believe him. Because it will allow him to continue acting as the White Supremacist community (of which Minus is a part) wants him to.

Robert Mueller Let Down The Nation

Robert Mueller is a man of high integrity is what the country has been hearing ever since he was tasked with looking into the Russian meddling in the 2016 election. Although, not if you listen to trumpers. According to members of the Orange Turd Cult, Robert Mueller is a part of the "deep state" who was fabricating evidence with the help of 13 angry Democrats in order to frame Dotard tRump.

Now, while I do not doubt that, despite being a Republican, Robert Mueller sought to provide the American people with a through honest report detailing Putin's successful attempts to install Dotard as the 45th president. Yet, he failed. He followed his narrow mandate and DOJ policy that says a sitting president can't be indicted. He did his job "by the book" is what I've been hearing. And, even though I was quite disappointed after the Mueller report was released, I reluctantly accepted that this was the best Mueller could do.

But was it? I mean, the fix was in as soon as tRump found his Roy Cohn in Bill Barr. A repugnant individual who now tows the tRump line in regards to the inane conspiracy theory about the tRump campaign being "spied" on. He is setting things in motion in regards to his Orange Turd master's desire to investigate the oranges (aka the origins of the Mueller report).

So WTF could Mueller do except lay out what happened and leave it to Congress to use his report as they see fit (which should obviously be to open an impeachment inquiry)? The report makes it crystal clear that tRump obstructed justice. Although the toady Barr lied about that. In regards to collusion, the Mueller report lays that out too. Although Mueller let tRump and associates off the hook because there was no agreement he could uncover. Putin didn't call Dotard on the phone and say, "let's collude, bro".

Apparently that (or something similar) is what Mueller needed to say a high bar needed to convict on conspiracy had been met. Which may have happened, but the obstruction made finding it impossible. But is that really the case? Not according to former Naval intelligence officer, Malcolm Nance.

Malcolm Nance (23:36): ...Trump's... accepting benefits from Russian activity that he knew was going on. And Mueller had to redefine the word "collusion", right? And the word "conspiracy" to not indict these people. It had to be active, tacitly explicit coordination both ways. Wait a minute, spy world doesn't work that way!

The excerpt above comes from the podcast "The Bob Cesca Show". Bob Cesca "is the Managing Editor of The Daily Banter" and possesses "a Bachelor's degree in Political Science". I downloaded the 5/8/2019 postcast from Stephanie Miller's "Sexy Liberal Network" and listened to it on Saturday, 5/25/2019.

Below is another excerpt, this one from 5/1/2019. Bob Cesca talks to Sarah Kendzior, a journalist who has "expertise on authoritarian states" (she has a Master's degree in Eurasian Studies). As per Wikipedia "her focus of study was former Soviet Union authoritarian states".

Sarah Kendzior (30:27): The Mueller report, at least in my view, is not a very good report. It's not very through. It's missing a lot of information. He didn't interview a lot of key players. ... He didn't do a good job. What they [Barr and Trump] put out was such an incredible lie. This idea that Trump is exonerated. That Trump did not collude with Russia... that's just a flat lie. But, underneath that, it's still a pretty lackluster investigative report. ...it's not high quality and I kind of wonder, what were they up to?

As soon as Barr misrepresented what was in his report Mueller should have called a press conference says Kendzior. As for the report missing a lot of information, I recall people saying (prior to the report being released) that Mueller definitely had Trump's tax returns. As it turns out, it looks like he didn't. Although that did not stop Dotard from lying about that recently. tRump said "I assume Mueller checked my taxes".

Bullsh!t, liar. If Mueller had looked closely at tRump's taxes he would have uncovered tRump's many financial frauds. Which is why tRump does not want anyone to see any of his financial information. His tax returns or anything to do with his finances. BTW, didn't tRump's chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg make some kind of deal with Mueller for his cooperation. WTF happened with that? What he knows will come into play in one of those spun off investigations, hopefully.

Either way, I have to agree with Kendzior that the Mueller report was a big dud. In regards to what is missing. What is there is pretty damning, though Barr and tRump spun it and much of the general population likely bought their bullpucky.

Though it might be that Rod Rosenstein is responsible. He appointed Mueller and was his boss while Jeff Sessions was AG. Rod Rosenstein, as it turns out, "Rosenstein Halted Trump-Russia Counterintelligence Investigation". "...Rosenstein directed Special Counsel Robert Mueller to limit the scope of his inquiry to possible crimes, not national security threats. Rosenstein made that order without telling the FBI, which had launched the investigation because counterintelligence investigators thought Trump's links to Russia posed a potential national security threat". link.

tRump's ties to Russia were and remain a national security threat. F*ck that Turd Rod Rosenstein. The only reason Nixon resigned was because members of his party had integrity and told him he had to go. Those member of the republican party (like Liz Cheney and Kinzinger) have been labeled RINOs and won't be around much longer. The majority of the republican party is completely corrupt and morally bankrupt. They don't have any integrity, unfortunately for the Nation.

John Burdick

So you drive a pink rustbucket Chevy Vega, Dervish? It shows what kind of poor judgement you have in cars. And by the way, the Pinky Toot Toot is a pink 2013 Honda Civic that belongs to your buttboy John Burdick (This One). Johnny's nephew Timmy likes to take it out for joyrides around Syracuse NY, cutting explosive farts after yelling "TOOT TOOT" in front of crowds. Timmy usually gets his cousin Benjamin to give him the spare keys to the Pink Civic. Beanie Toot Toot and Timmy Toot Toot cruise the streets of Syracuse NY, ripping farts around town. Tweets About Treason

The following are tweets from March 12 and March 13 concerning trumper treason. Treasonish in that the actions being tweeted about concern collusion with Russia to elect and (later) to protect the Putin puppet, d0nald tRump.

This first one is from Malcolm Nance, author of The Plot To Hack America. Wikipedia says the "non-fiction book... [is] about what the author describes as Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections".

"What the author describes" must be some of that "liberal bias" Conservatives complain exists in online resources and fact checking sites. Although Malcolm is a (former Republican). In this tweet, Malcolm talks about the recent House "investigation" into whether or not Russia tried to influence our elections and whether or not d0nald tRump colluded with Russian operatives.

House Republicans, with their sham investigation (headed up by the "recused" tRump stooge Devin Nunes) are participating in a "Benedict Arnold MOVEMENT". They are all traitors, in other words. The "Benedict Arnold moment", btw, that Nance references concerns Trump and his campaign colluding with Russia.

Which is NOT to say that Nance believes anyone (tRump, people who were a part of the Trump campaign or Congressional Republicans protecting Trump) will be charged with treason. That is highly unlikely. Even if their actions could RIGHTLY be described as treasonous.

Dictionary.com defines treason as "a violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state". Section 3 of article 3 of the Constitution more narrowly defines treason. Basically, because we are not in a declared war with Russia, tRump and associates can't (and won't) be charged with treason.

But, as per the non-Constitutional definition, my verdict is guilty. Or, it sure as hell looks like there is treason here. tRump and associates were quite eager to collude with Russia and their cut-out, WikiLeaks.

My reference to WikiLeaks as a Russian cut-out, which is "in espionage parlance... a mutually trusted intermediary, method or channel of communication that facilitates the exchange of information between agents", is via Malcolm Nance. As per a 10/2/2016 Nance tweet "WikiLeaks is a Russian intelligence run cybercrime laundromat".

But back to the trumpy treason. As per the authors of the new book, Russian Roulette by Michael Isikoff and David Corn, Vice President (at the time) Joe Biden used the word after being presented with Christopher Steele's dossier.

This tweet is "not found"...

"If this is true, it's treason". Vice President Joe Biden's reaction to learning the full scope of Russian interference in the 2016 election and interactions with people in trumpworld. Just one revelation from @DavidCornDC and @Isikoff's new book Russian Roulette. #maddow -- Joy Reid (@JoyAnnReid) March 13, 2018.

In this tweet MSNBC host Joy-Ann Reid references an appearance by Isikoff and Corn on the Rachel Maddow program. The authors previewed their new book in an interview with Rachel on 3/12/2018, during which they spoke about how Biden referred to what Trump is accused of in the Steele dossier as "treason".

Thoughts On The Alleged "Deep State" Anti tRump Conspiracy

The following is from the Deep State Wikipedia entry...

In the United States, the concept of a deep state is an entity which has been alleged to be involved in a coordinated effort by career government employees and others to influence state policy without regard for democratically elected leadership. It has often been dismissed by numerous media outlets and individuals as a conspiracy theory.

Yeah, I'm leaning toward labeling the "deep state" a conspiracy theory. Given the fact that I'd never heard of it before the ascendency of tRump. Seems like a convenient excuse for a weak president to explain why he isn't implementing his agenda. A so-called president who takes credit for his predecessor's economy in order to sell phony success to his dupes.

This is an administration built on lies. Like the lie that Obama had d0tard Tower wires tapped. Having total control of all three branches of government leaves nobody to blame for failures like "repeal and replace". Explaining why he and his deluded followers have latched onto this "deep state" baloney.

It's government employees belonging to the "deep state" club along with "obstructionist" Democrats who are preventing tRump from making America great again. Or throwing up roadblocks in a futile attempt to prevent tRrump from MAGAing. He'll win out eventually. That is what I guess the average still-loyal trumpazee believes, at least. But tRump does need someone to blame for his failures until he "drains the swamp". He's going to defeat the imaginary "deep state" and the "obstructionist" Democrats who have no ability to obstruct.

btw, when I say the deep state is "imaginary", I mean in the sense that tRump and his delusional followers are spinning it. I do believe that large governmental institutions protect themselves. Explaining why some things don't change regardless of whether it's Republicans or Democrats holding power. But a "deep state" made up of Obamaites/Leftists/globalists that are out to stop tRump from "draining the swamp" (something he isn't even trying to do)? It's a bunch of BS.

Luke's Revenge

If you do not get even, you are just a schmuck! -- DJT, 2007 quote from the "president elect". A hate-filled man who will have revenge on his mind as he enters the WH.

The hate-filled blog troll known as "Luke the Puke" (AKA TOM, AKA Steve) has shut down his blog. He is currently accepting comments from "team members only", meaning he will receive no more comments.

This jackass is absolutely giddy over the coming Trump presidency, and has been spamming liberal and conservative blogs with his smug I-told-you-so's. Even though he NEVER told anyone so. In his last post before the election results, he said "President Clinton will give us all plenty to complain about, except for the Kool-Aid drinking liberals who will see her election as the salvation of America".

He expected HRC to win the White House! Now he lies and says he knew all along that Secretary Clinton would lose.

Luke The Puke: What a bunch of crybabies! They shut down comments because they can't handle I told you so, or can't defend their hate they have been writing for over a year. They misread the American electorate proving they had no clue what they were talking about. The MSN and pollsters mislead Americans and even went so far to say Hillary would win in a landslide. These hate filled liberals are mean and stupid. (11/10/2016 AT 4:20 PM).

As an aside, in that it has nothing to do with this post but is interesting nonetheless, Luke said (in the thread from WYD the comment above is attached to) "I am not a white male". Something I TOTALLY suspect he's lying about. Just as he lied about having "brain cancer". The scumbag even told me (using his second TOM ID) that the other TOM had "died".

Sure. That's why Luke's writings match those of TOM so very closely. Also why 3 commentaries from TOM's Stay A While appear on Luke's Words And Music (swtd-357).

But lying is what blog trolls do! For example, in a Words And Music (WAM) blog post titled "Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi", Puke defended Secretary Clinton, writing that the "investigation" yeilded "no charges, just baseless accusations", yet (in a comment submitted to my blog) he wrote that "it's OK when crooked Hillary lies about Benghazi".

When I pointed this out to him, the delusional troll said "no contradictions here". Right (dsd-39).

Now, on his blog, he's too cowardly to accept comments from those he mocks. Even as he continues to send me comments like the following...

Luke: Hi Nazi Boy!! Did you get all your Jew hating buddies to believe you yet? You are as wrong about me as you were about Clinton winning. It's nice to see you proven not only wrong, but so delusional that you have no clue what your countrymen are all about. Good luck with your next wrong assessment of ANYTHING. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA What a fucking LOSER HA HA HA HA HA HA HA (11/11/16. Unpublished. Sent to Spam).

This is PURE delusion. *I'm* delusional because I "no clue what your countrymen are all about". When, from what he wrote, he CLEARLY also believed that Hillary Clinton would be our next president. As for "wrong assessments", I made NONE. I listened to the professional pollsters, and that HRC would be sent to the WH was their assessment. My assessment is that TOM, Steve and Luke are IDs all controlled by the same blog troll (swtd-357). An assessment I stand by.

This idiot started out as "Luke" by targeting various bloggers with bogus "plagiarism" charges. So why did he target specific bloggers? It isn't because any of them stole his posts, as he claims (swtd-346). That never happened. I know because he said I stole from him. But I don't want his garbage on my blog. I asked him to tell me what writings of his were on SWTD and I'd remove said writings immediately. He ignored me.

Proof he is a blog troll. As for the reason he targeted the specific people he targeted, he is motivated by revenge. Revenge for the "blog attacking" he imagined he endured while writing on his old blog Stay A While. "Due to Rational Nation attacking my blog with vulgar comments, I have had to install comment moderation. Assholes are everywhere" TOM wrote on 8/5/2010.

Later the imaginary "blog attackers" expanded to include previous readers and commenters on his blog. People who had said nice things about him. On 4/15/2010 Sue wrote, in regards to TOM's fake brain cancer, "Be well my friend!". And on 6/22/2010 she wrote "we've been praying!".

The kind of childish behavior of a Trump (who decided to run for potus after the jokes at his expense from President Obama at the White House Correspondent's Dinner).

Orange Shift

At their best, provisional ballots provide voters who would otherwise be turned away from the polls to have their votes counted, but at their worst, the offer of a provisional ballot can be "a way to brush off troublesome voters by letting them think they have voted". It is possible for parties to force certain voters to cast provisional ballots so they can suppress the vote total of an opponent being counted on election night. (Source).

The following is an excerpt from the 11/11/2016 airing of the Thom Hartmann Radio Program (edited for brevity and clarity by me).

Thom Hartmann: Yesterday I said I was going to share these exit poll results with you, but I couldn't verify them. I've now seen them from 3 different sources. ... this came from CNN and is available through tdmsresearch.com (Exit Polls and Computerized Vote Counts.

What they're pointing out is that, in North Carolina, according to the exit polls, Hillary Clinton won by 2%. But according to the official count? Donald Trump won by 3.8% [5.8% swing]. How does that happen? How so you get that much of a swing, which probably swung the Senate race as well.

In Pennsylvania, the exit polls showed that Hillary Clinton won by 4.4%, and presumably the down ticket Democrats [won by a similar margin per the exit polls]. Yet the official count was that Donald Trump won by 1.1% [5.5% swing]. In Wisconsin, the exit polls showed that Hillary Clinton won by 3.9%. Yet the official count says Donald Trump won by 9/10th of a percent [aproximate 4% swing]. In Florida the exit polls showed that Hillary Clinton won by 1.4%. Yet the official count showed that Donald Trump won by 1.3% [2.7% swing].

If those four states had gone the way of the exit polls - North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Florida - Hillary Clinton would be president, and Democrats would control the Senate. A number of people are saying this is proof the voting machines are rigged. I think that the exit polls were probably right.

The Republicans for 40 years now -- this goes back to Paul Weyrich - have been pushing this idea that there's voter fraud out there, and therefore we need to take people off the voting rolls because they might fradulently vote. [Kansas Secretary of State] Kris Kobach has this list of roughly 7 million people, the Interstate Crosscheck, well funded by petro-billionaires. And he's got some 30-odd Republican controlled states working with him to throw people off the voting rolls [actual number of states that use the Interstate Crosscheck is 27].

As Greg Palast laid out here [on the program when he was a guest last week]. It's mostly people with common names. You get a "Jim Washington" in Wisconsin and a "James Washington" in Florida. According to Kris Kobach they're the same person. So take them both off the voter rolls. It's somebody trying to commit voter fraud.

When, in fact, it's just a common name among African Americans. Last names of "Hernandez", "Kim" or "Park". Ethnic names are among the most common now in the United States. As opposed to the old Anglo-Saxon ethnic names like "Smith" and "Jones". They are still common, but not like this.

People went in and thought they voted. But they weren't on the voter rolls and were given a provisional ballot which never got counted. Which swung an election. Like in North Carolina, but 5.8 points.

Luke Called The FBI

Luke: This troll, liar, plagiarist, and pure asshole has individual blogs attacking multiple individuals, claims I cut and paste every post and never write my own stuff, claims I'm 5 other people, and is just plain dirty nasty.

Over a 3 day period in August 2016, this dangerous person sent 100 comments (most sent at 3 am) about murder. I called the FBI. Of course his buddies (like RN) left comments at his blog cheering him on. These assholes are dangerous people.

9/3/16. He sent me another 100 comments, all written at 5am and he told me he was drunk. Another 100 comments 9/4/16.

Now I can add a death threat to me from this criminal. I'll leave the comment up for all to see.

Rightwing Christianist Pastor Carl Gallups...

Pastor Carl Gallups ... a prominent Christian supporter of Republican nominee Donald Trump [says] "Hillary Clinton would replace Justice Scalia with another liberal, perhaps even ultra-liberal justice... This devastating maneuver would give the progressives a 5-4 majority on the Supreme Court. And that doesn't count the times that Justice Kennedy might vote with the liberals (as we have seen him do on several occasions), giving them a 6-3 majority decision".

"And don't forget: Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 83. She has had numerous and serious health problems, including pancreatic and colon cancer, and heart problems. Justice Breyer is 78. Justice Kennedy is 80".

Gallups said the ironic result of Christians sitting out of the election because of "conscience" [referencing what Ted Cruz said at the GOP Convention] could be the end of America itself.

"It is entirely within the realm of possibilities that the next president could nominate up to four justices to the Supreme Court in the next few years", Gallups warned. "If that president happens to be Hillary Clinton, because millions of Christians couldn't vote against their conscience, she would seal a far-left activist Supreme Court for many decades to come. And don't forget, she will be appointing numerous lower federal court justices on top of that! America as we have known it would be toast. Plain and simple. And the end would come like a flood". (Pastor: Can you live with knowing you allowed a President Hillary? World Net Daily 8/6/2016).

Lektrikwire: The Church is not tax exempt -- it's tax-immune. The government has no more right to impose taxes on the Church than it does to impose them on Canada. It has no jurisdiction. That is the true essence of the separation of church and state.
